    I'm 5'6

    HW: 164 (2006- I was 16)
    LW: 118 (2007- I was 17)
    CW: 151 (2016- I gained 20lbs in the past year)
    GW: 120 (because the BMI chart says that's the lowest healthy weight for my height. I'm hoping to reach my goal by June 1, 2017.)

    I started over again after re-gaining everything I had lost (was at 172 from 190 in 2013) and then some. I started over again on 5/4/16. I haven't been doing too well, but I'm planning on getting myself back on track next week. I've been eating at maintenance for the last 2 months.

    I'm going for a solid 100lbs. At 221 I'm currently size 14/16. At 201 I was a size 12/14, I feel at 159 I'd probably be a size 8, which I'd be very happy with, I've never been that small outside of childhood, even in middle school I was a womens size 18.

    I put on 10 Lbs while nursing an injury for about 12-15 weeks...I'm currently about 190 so my first task is to get down to where I was. From there, I have a wager going with my doctor that if I get down to about 170 - 175 that my blood pressure issues will resolve and I can get off the medication...I'm not thoroughly convinced though as I'm relatively lean at 180...somewhere between 15% and 17% and squarely in the "fitness" description. I think 175 would put me somewhere between 10-12%...170 I'd probably be between 8-10%.

    We'll see, first things first...

    Goal
    It's complicated. I have many "mini" goals, but they're not so mini. So here are the ones that matter:
    1) 199 -- to get back into the 100s.
    2) 150 -- where I was when I was my lightest 5 years ago.
    3) 130 -- the high end of my healthy weight.
    After reaching 130, I may try to drop down to 120 to sit at the middle range of my heights recommended weight. It depends how I look and feel at the time.

    243. I have a long, long way to go, but I'm down from 262 so I've already done a bunch.

    I was a size 4 in high school but never weighed myself so I'm not sure what my lowest weight has ever been. I ballooned 2012-2013 and started my weight loss journey end of 2013.

    Started weight loss journey at ~235 in Summer 2013.
    LW: 171 in Summer 2015
    CW: 184
    GW: 154 (BMI of 24.9) and then see how I feel. May try to go lower depending on how I look and feel at that time.

    I have been stuck between 179 and 185 for months. I am ready to kick things up a notch and try to take off some of this last 30 pounds.
