What is the ratio? I'm cross training 4-5 times a week but not losing weight. I've been told maybe I need more protein. I've also increased my diet to include eating/snack every 2-3 hours. suggestions?

My personal goal is 45% protein, 30% carbs and 25% fat. I don't always hit it, but even if you fall short you'll be better than not paying attention at all.

    There is no ratio.

Right now I aim for 1 g of protein per lb of bodyweight (previously used .8) & .6 g fat per lb of bodyweight (previously used .4.) I view those as minimums. Calories above and beyond that can be carbs, more protein, or more fat, though I try to limit carbs to 1 g per lb of bodyweight. This is what works best for me .

It's hard to get the "right" answer because "it depends". I have mine set to 50/25/25. That gives me .8xbw for protein and .35xbw for fat. This is what I like and gives me adequate protein and fat. If you are trying to lose weight, calories are king. Shoot at that number first and foremost, protein next, then fat, then carbs.
