Pinterest Fail!!!
I made the mistake of typing into pinterest "weight loss" and the quackery that came flooding onto my screen was mind boggling...some of harmless, some of it straight up dangerous. Curious to know what kind of crazy you guys have come across in the realm of weight loss? The scariest one seemed to advocate for getting the bulk of ones calories from 4 hardboiled eggs per day and everything else should be "negative calorie" foods. So nutters.

Pintrest is great if you're looking for new places to position your elf on a shelf. For weight loss information, it's about as useful as tits on a fish.7
