Fell off the wagon after 2 years. help!

Hi I'm Gina and new to my fitness pal. I lost 35 pounds 2 years ago with max insanity and 21 day fix programs. I love working out but fell off the wagon back in September due to some depression. I've gained 5 pounds back, lost tons of muscle and starting to get flabby. I can't seem to motivate myself to get back at it. I know I can turn myself around in just a few weeks if I just commit but I'm really struggling to keep it together guys. I could use some friends for motivation. I recently deleted all my social media accounts. I couldn't stand seeing everyone's happy while I'm miserable. It sucks that I feel this way but I think if I can get back into my old routine my old self will start to show. Thanks for listening.

Depression puts a significant hurdle in the way, and it can be very different from one person to the next. The only recommendation I'll make regarding depression, is seek professional help if needed.
On the physical side of heslth, I've had the most success by creating habits. If I wait until I "want to do something", I'll never do it. Creating a routine makes it easier on the days I'd rather mail it in.1 -
Totally get the delaying social media that's why I binned off Facebook. I like nice pictures so kept insta. The fact you joined here must mean you want go get back into it. You are still masivy up on where u was 2 years ago so don't beat yourself up. Just start again from where u are now and as u have done it before you already know what works for you1
