I am in taking 1200-1300 calories a day and I add metabolism boosters(such as mustard, apple cider vinegar, and chilli powder in every meal). With doing this I am loosing 1.5 lbs a day which is great..... I think. My problem is that I don't know if it is healthy, plz help me with your personal opinions the internet is kind of useless on this in my opinion.

How much do you weigh, how much do you have to lose? Large initial losses are mostly water and waste. Spices don't affect your metabolism.

I don't think mustard, ACV or chili powder will cause any adverse effects. Those are often considered healthy alternatives when cooking because it cuts back on sugar and salt.

This doesn't seem like a debate topic.

Unless you are super obese (and even then, really) 1.5 lb per day is not a healthy goal or realistic number, but you also just aren't losing that much in fat. If you just started you are probably dropping water weight.

Whether 1200-1300 is right for you depends on stats. But in that you are apparently a 28 year old man, it's most likely far too low.

1.5 a day? If this is not the first couple of weeks, that is not healthy. I use ACV too at every meal- even though I'm trying it out for other health benefits, I'm not losing that much. I would contact a doctor, there might be something else going on with your health.

Sounds unhealthy to me for sure. That loss per day is far too much

Your maintenance for sedentary is 2,337 calories

For someone with 27 pounds to go a 1 pound a week goal is the most you should be looking for. That's 2,337 less 500 calories....or 1,837 calories.

Aggressive weight loss doesn't support existing lean muscle mass as well as moderate paced weight loss does. Most people want to lower their body fat %.

And a poster more observant than me mentioned that you're a guy. Don't eat 1200-1300 calories per day - males need at least 1500; you have to pace yourself and not burn out - 2000 calories would be more appropriate for you.
