I hear a lot about people reaching plateaus with lifting, weight loss, whatever and im saying you just have to go for it. With weight loss its harder since you cant force it but if you reach a point you arent seeing results then you know what? Add an extra 20 mins of cardio each day or cut out that snack and force it to happen.
If you arent lifting more wieght or doing more reps then why is that? Unless youve attempted to do it, failed at least 3 times, then worked towards it again for 2-3 weeks and failed again then you arent stuck. In my personal experience ive seen so many people say they arent seeing results but not once have they ever attempted to put themselves to the test, they wait until they level theyre at gets easy but that never happens unless you do the next level and the next after that. So dont think youre ever stuck until youve truly tested and pushed yourself to do it.
Just a bit of advice i hope can help others cause it took me a long time to realize i never really pushed myself as hard as i could either

I'm not lifting more weight or doing more reps because I'm in a cut. I'm not trying to make gains, I'm trying to minimize losses, and I'm scheduling my exercise around my recovery needs in light of the calorie deficit I'm taking in.0
