I've looked and looked, but can't find anywhere online to calculate the nutritional info on a taco salad made the way I order it. Anyone know of a place to figure that out? I've looked on here, but I guess noone here gets it the same way I do either. Lol. Thanks a bunch!

  • What I usually do is add the ingredients up individually. It's the best way for me! Hope this helps good luck :)

    select the meal then on the bottom there is a button for 'custom' :)

    How do you add the ingredients indiviually?

    I've tried the custom button. The only thing it let me change was the salsa....did I want none or extra. Lol.

    Oh, I LOVE Taco Bell! It's my treat., but after eating fruits & veggies for weeks at a time, it upsets my tummy. Yet, still, I go & eat. :)

    I usually oder the beef fiesta salad with no rice, no salsa. I'm trying the chicken this time though. Still no rice, no salsa. Everything I can find though about the modified nutritional content it seems people take all the beans and meat off, don't eat the shell, don't have sour cream....etc.

    Taco Bell actually has nutritional value?? HAHAHA I don't know...
    ..... I used to love them....but eating no fast foods has been a boon for me...

    Probably not, but I still crave it every once in a great while. Lol. I've been doing great at keeping the fast food away though! We used to order pizza in about twice a week! In the past two weeks we've had it ONCE, and then I was able to limit myself to just two pieces instead of half the extra large I used to eat!

    I eat Taco Bell XXL Burrito's probably once every 3 weeks or so, a few pizza slices every couple weeks, chocolate milk, etc. No problem losing 2lbs per week still. It's about calories in vs calories out. Hit your intake and hit your macros are you are fine. Take multivitamins and fish oil and you are more than fine.
