Diet- ridding belly fat while simultaneously getting bigger butt. HOW?

I'm 5'7, 125 lbs. I have some belly fat and I want to get rid of it while also attaining bigger thighs and butt. What kind of diet should I be doing?
Should I be cutting back on calories? I eat about 2,000 calories a day. I'm on a keto diet currently. I've been on it for 2 weeks (except thanksgiving) and I eat about 20-30g carbs daily and probably over 100g of fat and protein.
Do I eat more? Eat less? Maintain my caloric intake and just workout? I workout 5-6 times a week. I go to the gym 2-3 times, do yoga twice a week, and I do at home exercises that I've made up (HIIT) for about 20-30 minutes, targeting a certain muscle that I wanna workout that day.
Thanks!

Strong Curves (lifting programme). Eat at maintenance. But you will be limited in the butt department by genetics.3

Spot reducing is a myth. There are ways to work on specific groups of muscles which I think will help with tone, but you can't try to lose weight in a particular area. It comes off where it comes off and the order for where it comes off seems to be highly individual.3

sigh, my belly is still big but my butt is getting smaller. Trade ya.1

This is good advice. At your stats I would not cut calories. I would recomp (eat at maintenance while training hard to build muscle) or eat slightly above maintenance to build muscle. Strong Curves is a great program for your goals.2 -
Spot reducing is a myth but OP is already at the lower end of a healthy weight so would be best served by recomposition. So picking up and putting down heavy things whilst eating at maintenance.1

This is a picture of my body. Idk if it's inappropriate. But I want my midsection smaller.
So I deff shouldn't cut calories and just workout? Working out should help reduce fat anyway right?

You have a great tummy! I think you're being overly critical of yourself in all honesty.
But not working out in a general sense, you need to strength train. Hang on and let me get the recomposition and lifting heavy thread links for you.2 -
The best news is, with you being young, you should see initial results super quickly, much quicker than us older farts.

Lift some heavy stuff, focus on compound moves, eat at maintenance and get enough protein.1

I would love to have a midsection like that. I agree weight train while recomping. otherwise your midsection is fine.1

Change your parents?
I don't see nearly enough "belly fat" to be concerned with. You CAN build the muscle on your thighs and butt, but you will most likely gain weight over all, and some of that might be additional belly fat. You can try and lose this after gaining the muscle, but it's not really an easy linear process. It's referred to as bulking and then cutting.1 -
Parent changing isn't possible, but I thank you for that "useful" piece of advice lol. I will look into bulking, but it seems a bit scary for me. I don't want to gain more belly fat.
I was hoping there was some way to gain and lose simultaneously, however based on these answers it doesn't seem possible lol0 -

Others gave you that option, though. Recomposition. Lifting heavy weights doesn't mean you have to bulk. Seriously, check out the links above.1 -

a recomp is not a bulk. you may gain some muscle and lose some fat while doing it.you wont ultimately bulk because you are not in a surplus of calories. recomp is when you work out but maintain your weight(or try to). you will change your body and see a change. it takes awhile to recomp. Thats what Im doing now. I just started yesterday and figured I would do this until the end of march or so.just trying to find my maintenance calories atm.1
