Have lost 4 in 7 months just from watching what I eat feel so much better for it feel like a new me

I started my journey at the beginning of June this year and have also lost 4 stone 2 I lbs so far. Feeling very inspired to carry on at the moment despite having a long long way to go. People are now noticing ,the changes and I feel so much more healthy than I did at my heaviest.

Well done, 4 stone off is amazing! Great achievement. I'm just starting and need to lose 4 stone, so it's nice to hear of success stories
