    if your on a phone hold your finger on your last post selt and copy than paste as new and you can edit if on computer the same copy paste edit .

    So not a great start after 4 weeks and a 7 lb loss i have hit a standstill - always a pleasure - adding to this I'm at a three course christmas do tonight and another one on Friday - so my plan for this week was always to just not put on! Never mind I'll stay focused and get on with it :-)
