Hi is anyone eating one big meal a day and IF the rest of the day? I find myself always feeling hungry only after I start eating so I would actually like to try this IF method to lose some weight! Would like to hear some of u who are doing this too! Does it get easier as time goes by?

I used to do that when i worked i liked it. Can be a little extreme for some people, Especially if you tend to have low blood sugar (actually helped mine though it was weird o_O)
Really no need to do it to lose weight but if it helps you stick to your calories go for it. Was pretty nice to get a huge feast once a day and not have to worry rest of the time. Some people fall right into it if you struggle theres zero need to do itTry 2 meals a day to start.

Sounds like starvation to me.1

Most days I do two meals brunch and early dinner with 2 snacks. I finish eating at 5pm. It does seem to help with appetite but it could be that I eat a bigger lunch and dinner approx 400-500 calories each instead of 300 each if I ate breakfast too.0

I do one meal and usually a snack too. It's not starvation at all as I am always within calorie goals. For me I was never satisfied with small meals and ate more during the day. Now I go to bed full and satisfied and am hitting the right calorie numbers. I eat from 2-10pm consuming the bulk of my calories at dinner 700-1200 and use my post work out shake and snacks for the remaining calories.0

I tried IF with an 8hr eating window (2 meals). I had to stop because although I loved it, my stomach couldn't handle all that food. My digestion was a mess. I know I definitely couldn't handle ONE big meal.0

Personally, I found it hard to hit my macros, fiber and micros in just one meal.0

I basically only eat dinner and sometimes a snack at bedtime and it works great for me. If I eat breakfast I find I'm hungrier at lunchtime and if I eat lunch I'm hungrier at dinnertime. I'm not sure why.1

I do IF and have experimented with different feeding windows. My "normal" is 18/6 with two meals in the six hours feeding window, it works better for me socially as I can eat a meal and then still be able to have a business lunch or dinner with my husband, who doesn't IF. One meal a day was not my favorite breakdown, but I do it on the first day of my weekly 24-hour fast, or if I want to make a fast food stop worth my while.1
