I'm looking for some good exercises that are for losing stomach and back rolls.

    A calorie deficit.

    You can't spot reduce. You need to consume less than you burn to lose fat. Period.

    Fork put-downs and table push-aways. :) Fat is lost by caloric deficit. Unfortunately, there's no way to "spot reduce" from certain areas by exercise. Consistently eat less than you burn (caloric deficit) and the fat will eventually go away, but there's no way to control where it comes off first - that's all up to your genetics.

    Doing exercises for a certain part of the body will strengthen the muscles beneath the fat, but they have no effect upon the fat itself.
