I already feel better!!! Can't wait to lose more

I started my journey again in Sept 2016. I have a goal to lose at least another 30lbs. I am really not set on an exact number but on how I feel. I have 4 kiddos ranging in age from 3 to almost 17. The weight after I had my youngest just pretty much stayed on me. (I also was still not making good food choices). Then we sold our house, bought a 100 yr old home and took 2 years to remodel it and took my 3 yr old nephew in for about 7 months. Pretty sure I ate a lot out of just being stressed. Now that life has calmed down and I'm able to focus I am ready to keep achieving my goals I have set. My main goal is to be healthy and show my kids that with goals anything can be accomplished in life.
