Training 1 year and 8 months progress

I started 2015 day 1 was march 1st. I was fed up with being overweight as I was never in my life overweight. All the stress and food built up over time. I was 195 pounds when I started tracing macros and in about 3 months I got down to 164 pounds. Found a new love in lifting weights and decided to bulk and in a couple of months I gained 40 pounds up to 206 pounds. Now I'm cutting and at the moment weigh 186 pounds but I love how my body is reacting. I'm losing weight a lot slower but this is more sustainable. azqggs2by6j1.png

I think I might even compete in physique just to say I did it. If you stay consistent you can get your body how you want but never be satisfied. Keep progressing!
