Since July 2016 I love lost 42 pound equalling 3 stone.. healthy eating and exercising!

I've managed to drop 4 stone since feb this year still another 1 to go but with the help of my friends on MFP it's been a lot easier feel free to add allways happy to support people on the same journey .1
