The only thing you'll lose is around 1.2 lbs by taking the sauna suit off.13

Slow down, it doesn't work that way, and you are just setting yourself up for failure. Stop looking for quick fixes like sauna suits, and juices fasts.11

None of what you are doing seems sustainable to me.
Sauna suit will just make you sweat, which is losing water not fat and as soon as you rehydrate you are back where you started.
You didn't get 50lbs overnight, slow down would be my advice and think sustainability - that will help you enormously when you want to maintain at goal weight.12 -
If you care about yourself enough to eat what you think is best for you, why would you abuse your body by dehydrating it in a sauna suit and trying to lose weight quickly? Losing a lot of weight quickly is not healthy. Put your numbers in to MFP and follow the recommendations.8

I don't mean every time guys lol. Not looking for a quick fix I've worked really hard before and lost 50 but then broke bones and everything else and got depressed jus trying to get back where I was. However I know busting your butt I the gym is best way.0

I'm confused, then, since your OP was "...Wanna lose 40-50 asap... Wanna lose quick."
In any case, no. A sauna suit is useless, unless you are trying to cut water weight to make weight for athletic competition.
eta: Even then, they should only be used in certain instances under direct supervision.9 -
My opinion is that whatever way you SUSTAINABLY get yourself into a CONSISTENT caloric deficit is the best way.4

No... just no.1

Yea like as quick as possible but like no pills and starving I wasn't aware that the sauna suit was just water I read it helps you more more calories . But can't believe everything you ready that's why I asked

I understand where you are coming from. It is really frustrating and depressing. I am re losing 35 pounds to get to where I was. I just remind myself it didn't come off quick the first time and I want to make sure that I am healthy while I am doing it. Be kind to yourself and just do the best you can.1

Sweat = Calorie burn is a long-standing myth.

All a sauna suit does is make you sweat and lose water weight. Athletes like wrestlers and boxers who need to "make weight" before an event use them so that the number on the scale shows up smaller than what they'll actually be fighting at...physique competitors and the like also use them to dehydrate so they will look exceptionally lean for their competition...2

Eat at the deficit, OP. That's what it's all about, not a sauna suit, or even a gym will work unless you're eating less than you burn. So, gear up for the long haul. Take your time, enjoy the ride. The more sustainable you'll make it, the more likely you will keep it off for good. Good luck.2

Woah, calm down! For the sake of your health, slow your roll and take a more sensible view of this. Sauna suits, "clean eating," and other gimmicks, are totally unnecessary.
Literally all you need to lose weight is to have a calorie deficit. What I mean by that, is that you simply need to consume fewer calories than you burn. Plug your stats into MFP, log your food, and eat the number of calories that it tells you.
Also, you should reconsider the "quick" path. You don't want to deprive you body of necessary nutrients by undereating, lose muscle by losing too quickly, and gain the weight back, because you were so focused on losing quickly that you didn't develop lifelong habits that would help you keep it off forever.2 -
Thanks guys !! Appreciate it ! And yes it's frustrating reloosing it but this time it'll be gone for good.0

You don't mention if you count calories and use a food scale, or even log your food. Try those first. Set up mfp to lose 1lb per week.
Weight loss isn't about the foods you do and don't eat, it's about energy balance (eating less calories than you need to maintain your current weight). If you set up mfp, it will give you less calories than you need to maintain your current weight. This will work if you log everything you eat and use a food scale.

No, the best way is to maintain a sustained caloric deficit. If your calorie intake isn't less than your expenditure every day, you can eat as "clean" as you want to and bust your butt in the gym and you still won't lose a pound.
As for sauna suits, they're great if you want to drop a couple pounds of water weight. But as soon as you drink a glass or two of water, you put that weight right back on. Not to mention that you're unnecessarily dehydrating yourself while you work out, which isn't a healthy thing to do either.3 -

You've lost weight and re-gained, I've lost weight and re-gained. This is VERY common. Life happens.
Instead of extreme this, or eliminate that.........review your current (normal) diet.
What kinds of things can you change FOREVER? Is busting your butt in the gym going to be a new lifestyle? Is eating no red meat and eating zero processed foods going to be a new lifestyle?
Instead of focusing on really fast weight loss, focus on a plan that has something in common with your plan for maintenance. Seriously.....losing weight is often the easier part for some of us.0 -
Glad to hear that you're not actually looking to lose weight quickly after all. Slow is the new black.0
-
Did you gain it quick? Then you're not going to lose it quick.
DO you want to wear a sauna suit every day for life? No? Then why would you think it would make permanent changes?
Red meat only makes you gain weight if you eat too much of it.
"busting your butt at the gym" is not the best way, actually. Controlling your portions of a variety of nutritious and satisfying foods is the main way that anyone loses weight successfully and maintains it. You can "bust your butt" at the gym and only burn off a couple of hundred extra calories. Most success comes not in the gym but at the table.
Increasing physical activity is really important for maintenance though, according to the long-term studies - but not "busting your butt." Increasing your overall activity in a sustainable way that you can continue to do all the time for the rest of your life without hurting yourself. Don't bust your butt- you did that once and you broke bones and gained weight. That's not how this works.
