I use to run everyday of the week in the morning before my whole day started before i had my kiddos, somewhere i lost that and picked up an extra 150 lbs. However a few days ago for the first time in almost 10 years i was jogging again!!! i did a full mile at a slower pace, but it felt great! I then made the trek up the massive hill from the track and still was able to keep going!
