Hello,

I have tried to lose weight before through the right diet and exercise and using this app. I lost close to 25lb and it felt great, until I hit a major stressful event that made me go off track slowly and ended up gaining all those pounds back. It feels bad! and depressive!
I am willing to start the whole thing again, and continue it this time to make it a life style change more than a commitment that I have to achieve. I have a very good knowledge in the field of weight loss, nutrition, metabolic disorders and diabetes, so I'm willing to share my experience with anyone here. I would appreciate any positive feedback and inspirational, motivational talks.
Feel free to ask or share ..
Thank you for reading my post.

I have restarted my weight loss attempts several times in the past five years. This is the heaviest I have been in my life. I refuse to give up. Just keep it up. One day at a time.

Look at where you are, where you have been, and then know where you wanna be & GO GET IT! The journey will be rough at times n you will want to quit, dont. You've got this and you know what it takes. 100% effort gives 100% results. Good luck to you
