Only a small loss this week. I put it to moving house! Having everything packed and trying to eat the leftovers from the cupboards means eating more takeaway and bread/pasta than normal.... taste good though haha4 -

Hello everyone, I'm a little late but I've been on and off myfitnesspal for years now. Enough is enough, I am ready to commit. I had to take some time off cycling due to a knee injury I'm almost done recovering from.

February Goal Weight: 165 (just looking at that number excites me!)
Ultimate Goal Weight: 135
