I've been counting calories for 11 days now, and i've been good about not over eating. I've even lost some weight. But tonight i'm feeling the cravings. Lol. Like i'm contemplating on eating junk food right now even though i've met my calorie goal for the day. Plz talk me out of it.

I know the struggle but dont give in! I read somewhere that it takes 21 to make a habit and then it's so much easier to keep. Just get over that hump!

Take this as a positive sign that you need to re-evaluate your plan.
There is nothing wrong with junk food in moderation. Eat what you are craving tonight, its fine, it won't destroy your progress as long as you eat a proper serving and be happy with it, then sit down and figure out what you like to eat and learn to plan your meals and snacks ahead of time so that you can enjoy the things you like instead of getting into this scenario again, where you're out of calories and what you want is now out of reach.

Thanks for the advice! I would love to eat what i'm craving right now, which is pizza. But my relationship with pizza is dangerous. I can't just have 1 slice if u know what i'm sayin'. I'd rather just not eat it at all.

This is really good advice too. If you allow yourself a little indulgence, don't let it derail you. I let myself get derailed and regained some of the weight I lost. Just stay focused and fighting :)

It will get easier but it's tough at first, for me it seems to take 2 for the major cravings to subside.

Just remember tomorrow is a new day and not to beat yourself up if you do end up slipping up :) even if you lose the battle you can still win the war! I also become glutinous while eating pizza
