Wow! So I had a doctors appt a couple days ago and I weigh more now than I did at delivery of a 10LB baby boy!! Im a major chocolate lover so I'm struggling!!

    I was way over what I was at 9 months pregnant also when I started and my last baby was 7yrs old. It can and will be done. I know. Its hard but I'm doing it and so can you.

    Yes I know the feeling. Well my daughter will be 22 yrs old next month but I don't want to feel tired from carrying around this extra weight. I need some energy.     That was the breaking point for me too. When I saw that I knew I had to do something. I'm down almost 11 pounds now. You can do this if you put your mind to it. Good luck. Feel free to add me as a friend.
