Cant do this alone !!!!

I need a person to help me with my wieght loss goals .im not obese i just want to lose a few pounds and tone up . i want to be able to talk to this person everyday and basically have a fitness relationship with them if that makes sense lol

    You can do this alone. When it gets nippy and temptation calls, it's down to you.

    BUT, would be thrilled to help, but I am the other side of the pond from you do you choose.

    Oh, and I am INCREDIBLY shallow. I also volunteer to help because you are, in my humble opinion, drop dead gorgeous. You should know this now.

    I would change your thinking... "I need a person to help me with my weight loss goals"... no you don't. "Can't do this alone"... Actually yes you need to be able to do this on your own, because it's nobody else's priority for you to lose weight besides you. It's definitely a nice thing to have friends with similar goals to cheer each other on and get motivated by each other, but you shouldn't have to rely on anyone else to achieve your personal weight & fitness goals or to get started.

    Try walking on a treadmill with an incline. Move the incline up gradually each week. The higher the incline, the more calories you will burn .
