I'm back.....after trying out another "weight loss" program that includes points I decided to come back. I have recently started exercising on a regular basis and look to get my nutrition back on track because it has been my biggest weakness. I do, however, feel they have given me a lot of points

Exercise is awesome and certainly gives you more room for calories but the bottom line is nutrition is key. You seem to already know that. Get your nutrition dialed in and the rest is cake
