biggest loser -workout dvd...

how do i log it on my activity section.. ive just struggled to do half hour..

its the "The biggest loser - The workout.

any help would be lovely...

    I think you're asking how you log your activity b/c you don't see it in the database already? You can GUESSTIMATE :) approximately 10 calories/minute when your heart rate is up....this is an average estimate........go to Exercise, find the "Add exercise to database button" then add your workout, the minutes, and the calories burned in the appropriate slots. How is that work out btw?

    well i did half hour and im all huffy puffy... havent done a work out dvd for a while.. its not there most recent one but it was just collecting dust so i thought id give it a go ..

    I would log it in the cardio section under aerobics. The warm up I usually put in low impact and the actual workout under high impact.
    Generally a high impact aerobic workout will burn about 500 calories / hour
