I am excited... This will be my first challenge..... I have lost a good bit of weight (54 lbs) since May but have put about 10 back on. So, I am ready to get focused and back on track.

Hello everyone, I'm a little late but I've been on and off myfitnesspal for years now. Enough is enough, I am ready to commit. I had to take some time off cycling due to a knee injury I'm almost done recovering from.
My Current Weight: 190
February Goal Weight: 165 (just looking at that number excites me!)
Ultimate Goal Weight: 135
