    Hello everyone, I'm a little late but I've been on and off myfitnesspal for years now. Enough is enough, I am ready to commit. I had to take some time off cycling due to a knee injury I'm almost done recovering from.

    My Current Weight: 190
    February Goal Weight: 165 (just looking at that number excites me!)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 135

    I'm late to this, but I'm determined to get as close to my goal as possible and push through even harder after February! :) Good luck everyone, I'm rooting for you!
