I'm going for a solid 100lbs. At 221 I'm currently size 14/16. At 201 I was a size 12/14, I feel at 159 I'd probably be a size 8, which I'd be very happy with, I've never been that small outside of childhood, even in middle school I was a womens size 18.0 -

I put on 10 Lbs while nursing an injury for about 12-15 weeks...I'm currently about 190 so my first task is to get down to where I was. From there, I have a wager going with my doctor that if I get down to about 170 - 175 that my blood pressure issues will resolve and I can get off the medication...I'm not thoroughly convinced though as I'm relatively lean at 180...somewhere between 15% and 17% and squarely in the "fitness" description. I think 175 would put me somewhere between 10-12%...170 I'd probably be between 8-10%.
We'll see, first things first...0 -
Goal
It's complicated. I have many "mini" goals, but they're not so mini. So here are the ones that matter:
1) 199 -- to get back into the 100s.
2) 150 -- where I was when I was my lightest 5 years ago.
3) 130 -- the high end of my healthy weight.
After reaching 130, I may try to drop down to 120 to sit at the middle range of my heights recommended weight. It depends how I look and feel at the time.

I was 154 in college so I know I can get down there again, and hopefully a little less than that0 -
I've reached my preliminary goal weight. It's still medically overweight. I don't have a number anymore. I'm looking for a good body fat percentage, with special attention to visceral fat, which can kill even a "skinny" person. I'll know it when my doctor knows it. Right now I'm looking at the top ten pounds of healthy BMI based on a bone scan and current build. Muscular, wide hips, big chest, 5'8. My BMI was 47 when I started. It's 27 now, after losing 115lbs. Real health is within reach.1
