Please send me a friend request if your 5'2 and obese like myself. I weigh 180 lbs and would like some competition for motivation.

I agree w/ scarabonback902 - It's a mindset change, you have to have a change in thought pattern. Don't think about what you have to "give-up" think about how good you will feel and look. This IS a LIFESTYLE change. Don't think that once you lose the weight that it's "ok" to revert back to the "OLD" ways. Because if you do then guess what will happen?...Feel free to add me! YOU can do this NEVER GIVE UP!!

I'm 5'2! My HW/SW was 221. I got down to about 177 & just maintained there until I fell ill. So when I restarted my journey in Oct my SW was 187.8, CW 164.4, and GW 136. I'm just 1lb away from being out of the obese category. Good luck!! Feel free to add!

    I am 5'3
    SW- 180 lbs
    GW- 120 lbs
    CW- 116 lbs
I won't compete with you, but feel free to add me and I'll try to encourage you  It didn't happen overnight, but you didn't gain it overnight either (from August 2014- May 2015 got to 125 and stuck, but was pretty happy. Just lost the most recent weight since Sept. 2016).
Each good decision you make now sets you up for the lifestyle change the others mentioned above. You can do this!
