Hey everyone!! My names Joseph and I'm getting back into lifting and eatting healthy!! Whooo back to slamming weights and protein shakes!! Would love to chit chat with others and share ideas and plans!! I can't do this alone!! I need like minded motivated people to help out on my journey. Right now I'm 5'11 185lbs I think 20 percent body fat, my goal is to bulk up to 200 lbs and shred my fat down to 8-10 percent I want abs for this summer :D
