Butternut Squash Fries... DELICIOUS

Preheat oven to 425
Cut butternut squash into "fries" (I used a mandolin slicer.)
Lay out on baking sheet
Sprinkle with salt
Bake for 20 minutes, turning half-way through


OMG!!! Delicious!!! If you like sweet potato fries, you'll love these.

    1/4 lb was only 51 calories!!!
  • We do this ALL the time in our house, but I find that if you do it on a lower temp (say 325, 350 max) for a longer period of time they come out so incredibly sweet that you would never think to add anything to them. YUMMY.
