FitBit not registering my new MyFitnessPal username

Hi All,

Would anyone be able to help me with my Alta. I recently changed MyFitnessPal app log in and I revoked the old log in app from the Fitbit dash but it still will not sync the changed one. I signed out of both apps, and it still will not sync and gives a message about not being able to have one FitBit on two accounts. Is there any way to somehow restore the Alta or MyFitnessPal app?

I posted the same question to the Fitbit community and followed some steps from them but I am still receiving a message saying that I'm linking two accounts at once on the FitBit. They suggested I ask the MyFitnessPal community.
