My first Plateau

I think i have hit a first plateau. Any ideas to get over plateaus? Thanks

    Make changes to your workout and be patient! Hang in there! I am on my second plateau right now, which actually proofs that you will definitely get over a plateau when you just hang in there....

    If it's been 6-8 weeks with no weight loss, then yes you're at a plateau. If less then you're at a stall. First try changing your exercise routine. Doesn't have to be drastic. Usually I just tell people to try to finish fast (less rest time between sets) first.

    ok.....I am at a Stall then. I have been dieting and exercising for approx 6 weeks now and have been losing 2 pounds a week....this week I only lost 6 ounces. Thanks!
