I want to drop 2Kg before christmas, anyone else with the same goal? :smile:
Do you guys have any tips of lowcalories meals?

    Hey me! My weight right now is 67.2kg so hopefully I'll hit the 65kg before Christmas. I have found that recently I have trouble not necessarily with eating too much calories but with getting enough calories without just eating junk food to get the calories up. I love simple rice and veggie type meals though.

    Yeah I have the same problem x) I will try rice with vegetables today :smiley:

    I definetly want to join this. Current weight will be tomorrow as I didn't weight myself this morning and of course I'll post my goal weight for this challenge :smile:

    I'll give it a try! I have lost 50 lbs as of this morning. The loss is a little slow now and 4 lbs will put me at goal. Merry Christmas to me!

    HI I am in. Got to my goal weight of 70kg. A few weeks ago. But already starting to loose control. 68 would be great. 71.5 today.

    I've never done a challenge before but this looks like the type of accountability I need! I'm in! Current weight is 145 so losing 4.4 pounds would put me at a goal weight of 140.6!

    @accn1 Low calorie meals I've tried:
    -Panko crusted tilapia/fish with GF bread crumbs
    -Mexican spaghetti squash recipe with squash, tons of chopped up veggies, ground turkey
    -Greek Yogurt chicken salad (basically shredded chicken, greek yogurt, celery, and grapes)
    -Zuchinni lasagna (using zucchini instead of pasta noodles and ground turkey instead of hamburger)

    They aren't perfectly healthy, but I'm trying! Anyone else have any good low-cal recipes to share?
