Motivated To Lose

Hello there! I am 5-days into this app and I am loving it. Of course, because I am seeing results! I was honest with my set up and diligent with my entries. Now, the challenge is to stick with it week 2, regardless of a loss or not. I am 7lbs down in 5-days. How are you doing?

    I have been using this app, for about 6 months now, and I love it as well. I am down from 450-ish to 394. 3 days ago, I added walking 3 miles a day to my activity levels, and while my legs are noodles, as I type this, I am motivated to keep it up.

    Keep up the good work, and stick with it.

    I am 57 and would love some more friends to encourage one another on our weight loss journey. I love using the food diary, etc. tools on here. My goals is to lose weight and keep it off. I am tired of living with pain but I do love to exercise.
