I really hate having my picture taken, but I was inspired by other people posting their successes, so I am paying it forward. If I can lose 100 lbs in a year, you can meet your goals too! Healthy people don't just act healthy because they are healthy--they are healthy because they act healthy. Be the person you want to be and your body will eventually come around.

Good question. I think next year's resolution will be to keep off the weight and hopefully build a bit of muscle too. I'm cautiously finding my maintenance now.4
