Do you mean added sugar? I'd have a hard time with that, as I love cookies.

Welcome back; great goal! I too work on no added sugar. What are your motivations?

That was one of the hardest things I have done so far. Man, I love cookies. But since joining MFP, I can see what they do to my intake, and that has steered me away from carbs, and sweets.

Good luck, and I am hoping for your success.

Hi, cutting sugar is doable. I weaned off in a week. All sugar except for small amounts of low GI berries. I eat modified veg-ketogenic. What I missed the most on Thanksgiving wasn't the pie, it was the mashed potatoes!
I also don't do cheat days.
But like I said it can be done, depends on what you want more, in my situation I want 65 pound gone more than mashed potatoes and pie

YOU CAN DO IT! Just because of this post I am going to work on cutting down sugar as much as possible! Knowing that there's other people working on the same goals as you can be motivating!

    You got this, :)!
