I am new to weight lifting and cardio. This will also be the first time I am counting calories. Anyone else in the same boat? Quick question....
If I am eating 1500 to 2000 calories, does it matter really what I eat as long as it's under my goal? Doesn't seem right that I could eat burgers, fries, and pizza all day if that was somehow less than my calorie goal.
