Half a stone more

Is it possible to put on nearly half a stone since Thursday? I have eaten so well and I was rather excited to weigh myself but it's gone up and really disheartened me?
The only thing I can think of is last night at about 11pm I ate a chicken chow mein as I finished work late and didn't want to cook .

No - not unless you ate 24,500 calories since Thursday (which would be extremely impressive). It's likely water retention - exercising heavily, eating high sodium foods, and your monthly cycle can all cause fluctuations in weight so don't get disheartened. Stick to your deficit and remember weight loss isn't linear!1

Just stick with it, give it some time drink water and more water. As the other poster stated its probably water retention. I'm thinking chow mien is high in sodium.0
