Hello all. I am 48 and 2 1/2 years ago I was tipping the scales at 320. I was on a couple of different meds and life was not good. I then took back my life and through excercise and diet I lost close to 85 pounds and almost 10 inches from my waist. Well a knee injury has sidelined me from excercise (cross fitter) and I have started eating bad again. I gained back almost nearly 60 pounds of the weight I lost. Today is the first day I am going to turn it around again. I know how I got here and I know what to do to get back. Even though I am a Fattie again, if you need any advice I can give you some. From the fat point of view and the skinny point of view. Looking forward to getting rid of this weight by June. Thanks for listening!!!
