Do you use the setting "compare 10 day best" or the "compare moving average" if I compare the 2, 10 day best says I gained .2 lbs in 7 days but moving average says I've lost 1.2 lbs in 7 days. Was wondering which you use. Thanks!

I have both displayed on my screen. The trend line on the graph is the most important thing to me.

I use the moving average and the trend line on the graph.

Me too. Weight moves around so much that all I pay attention to is where I'm averaging out overall. If my average is gradually moving downwards than I know I'm losing and vice versa.

This is how I have mine set as well. Though, I also turned off the advanced average setting, because it drags things out a bit too long, imo, when one runs aggressive cut cycles as I do. Thing would tell me I was still 160 for a week after a glycogen supercomp that saw me gain 11 lbs. overnight, and hold it for days.
