Hey! 7lbs down...39 to go!

I started mfp about a week ago and so far i am seeing results, by counting calories and exercising. I have lost 7 pounds and have about 39 pounds left to lose. With mfp i find it soo easy to keep track of my calories, fat and exercise anyone can do it! I love i can use the app on my blackberry. I just finished nursing school and i put weight on along the way. I want to lose the weight, keep it off and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
