    I know I am a little late but can I join? I was doing great until the recent cruise I went on. Now I am 10lbs heavier and at my highest weight ever. I would love to enter New Years fit and hit my weight loss goals by my birthday end of January.

    Week 1 (Nov 27th): 147.2 - Yes! I managed to lose weight during Thanksgiving! :smiley:

    Week 3 (Dec 11th): Weighed in on 12/13 - 146.0 - I get bummed when I record a gain. I know fluctuations exist, but it still bums me out.

    Starting weight (Nov 20th): 213.8 lbs. not sure how I lost 3.2 in one day? My dinner was light last night

    )going to ignore that 20th weight in and say I lost 1.2 pounds! Slow and steady)

    (Gained but not surprised spent weendend on road and eating crap. Just happy I'm not back to 220. A little late with weighin due to travel)
