Keep your goals in mind and think about how bad you want to succeed. That's how I'm kicking myself in the bum...1

Do you usually make drastic changes or restrict foods (such as your favorite treats)? That was my weakness (being too hard on myself). Letting go of everything I thought I knew about dieting was the first (hardest) step.

Or maybe you need to change mindset. Instead of cyclically implementing changes that you can live with for only a few weeks, start new habits that you can and will stick to for the rest of your life. What you do for a few weeks is not important, but what you do almost every day for years and years, has great impact.0
