I love, love, love this one (usually eat two or three):
    romaine leaf
a little Living Tree Community Foods sun-dried tomato pesto
    avocado slices
    cucumber strips
sprouts (alfalfa or buckwheat or whatever you have)
whatever other veggies you have, in strips!
    yum!

I had completely forgotten about this one so I am glad you reminded me about it. I used to make a wrap with sliced meat, 1/2 slice of cheese, diced tomatoes drizzled with blsamic vinegar. Yum!! I need to make that again now.
