College Weight

I currently joined because I want to track my food and exercise while trying to lose the 20 pounds I gained my first 2 years of college that just will not go away. I just started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred yesterday, bought a ton of healthy food at the store, and am cutting out pop and fast food, so hopefully I can get my weight loss right this time.

    Nice, dont forget to measure yourself. I did the shred and only lost 3.5lbs but i lost a lot of inches and it changed my body. I fI did it again i would do other cardio on the same days as i did that and i wouldnt eat all my calories back just some.
