Welcome to the December water challenge! I'm glad you decided to join us. Water is important for a healthy lifestyle, but many of us can't seem to reach the recommended 8 cups/day (myself included). Don't give up...there is HOPE! Instead of focusing on a seemingly unattainable number, pick a goal for how many cups you want to start with daily, and get started!
