Help on getting started!

Hello everyone! I'm back again.. I've tried and failed and tried and failed. This time, I'm for real ready to be a better person. I'm ready to lose weight and get healthy! BUT idk what to do.. I've tried the low carb diet, I've tried just counting calories.. i saw improvement in both but what is better? I kinda like the carb diet better seems easier to me but I got bored fast always eating the same thing. HELP!!!

Hello Cosmogurl28. I feel your pain. Some people make this weight control look so easy...my husband for example. I decided just this morning that I must continue to try to do the weight loss thing.....or as Yota would say "do or not do" ....well I am choosing to "do" and get this weight off me.1
