Good day. I'm a newly diagnosed diabetic and need much help getting my numbers under control. I have the hardest time with meals.

Hey erb 1906, a very healthy and productive life is possible in spite of Diabetes. Reduce carbs intake, eat fruits, exercise more. Protein diets have been found not to add to weight and a lot of protein is good for you.
