Hi Everyone!
So I'm ready to give this whirl again! Hopefully I will substain this time. In exactly one month I will be 40, so figured it's time together the bull by he horns and rock it! I've set some goals to include weight loss, changing eating habbits, and developing a fitness routine. My end result will be to compete in the Dirty Girl Mud Run as well as other 5k events!
As a woman I know we have moments of low self esteem, less motivation, and self doubt. I know I've had and still have my share. So I'm looking to connect with other women who can inspire and motivate and share their fitness/wieght loss struggles as well, to be each other's support.
In closing, I think Tim McGraw says it best
"I think I'll take a moment celebrate my age
End of an era and the turning of a page
Now it's time to focus in on where I go from here
Lord have mercy on my next thirty years…"
