Most of us wait for something tragic to happen in our life before we take serious action. Honestly that is the way most of us have been programed. We pay our bills AFTER the invoice arrives, we go to the doctor AFTER we begin feeling ill, we change our diets and begin exercising AFTER we get bad news or can't fit into our clothes. Were there signs before that things were going wrong? YES!

Believe me, I am not going to beat you up for not recognizing the signs before but I am here to encourage you to not only look at the mistakes you made, but I would like you to develop a PLAN to be more proactive in your approach to wellness. It can be any area of wellness not just physical because most of the time it is other things outside of our bodies that affect our behavior, and without recognizing these things, what ever it is can be bad for our physical health.
